A full refurbishment of a three storey semi-detached Victorian house with the addition of an ensuite bathroom at the top floor.
The brief was to restore and ‘bring back to life’ any original features of the house. One of them was the pine flooring that was reused throughout after sanding and re-finishing it.

The ground floor slate fire surround was fully reinstated.
The bespoke joinery between the Living and Dining rooms creates a partial separation between the rooms with the addition of storage; the reclaimed glass door allows a visual connection.

The bespoke kitchen is made from birch ply carcass with salvaged maple flooring cladded doors, framed reeded glass cabinet doors and reclaimed Iroko school labtops.
