Project_Maple House
Renovating our entire house was a daunting and, at times, trying task and we feel very lucky that we had Anthi to run the project. We knew we liked her aesthetic from our first meeting but as the project commenced her creativity, attention to detail and willingness to work in partnership with us were invaluable. Anthi is keen to work with reclaimed materials and reuse any aspects of the original property that she can and this was really important for us - she also knew reliable contractors and joiners willing to work with such materials.
Though we were doing major works, some structural, no design detail was too small for her (from bulbs to door handles) and her recommendations for suppliers were always spot-on. Anthi was able to work with our vision and more importantly, our constraints, to create beautiful, warm and functional spaces throughout our home - the perfect backdrops for our furniture, art and rugs. Having lived in the space for over a year, it’s clear that her design ethos is not just visually pleasing but also practical and forward-looking. During the renovation Anthi was dedicated, accessible, solution focussed and even months after the works were completed, still willing to help. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Anthi and we feel really lucky to have found her at the very start of our renovation journey. I can see us going back to her several times in years to come as our family grows and we need our home to evolve alongside it.
